As part of our commitment to providing a high-quality service, we strive to ensure that your withdrawal request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
All withdrawals are subject to an internal audit process to ensure compliance with fraud prevention, anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), and other legal obligations and regulatory requirements. For this reason, withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to be processed, although in some cases they may take longer. Withdrawals requested by the Client must be executed in a timely manner and in accordance with the rules set out in the withdrawal policy and payment details policy.
In the case of higher withdrawal amounts, bwise365.com may split the total amount into smaller withdrawals to facilitate processing. However, any withdrawal fees will not be increased as a result of such segmentation. All customers must verify their identity shortly after creating an account with us. We reserve the right to request additional explanations and/or supporting documentation regarding customer identification, payment method, source of funds or wealth, and/or any other information we deem necessary to comply with our legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

Verification Documentation
The following documents may be required:
Valid biometric photo identification document: This may be a scanned copy of a passport or national identity card. Specifically, we require the photo page of the identification document for verification purposes. Please ensure that your full name, photograph, full address, and signature are clearly visible.
Proof of address: This may be provided in the form of a utility bill, bank statement, or credit card statement. The document must be recent (issued within the last 3 months) and must display your full name and address exactly as registered on your account with us. If you submit a credit card statement, please ensure that the middle eight digits of the card number are obscured.
Notarized documentation: In some cases, documents may be required to be notarized by a duly qualified notary or lawyer, signed and stamped as proof of authenticity, upon our request.
Note: In certain cases, depending on the payment method used to fund your account, you may be asked to provide one or a combination of the documents listed above, or additional documents not included in this list.
Right to Cancel or Reverse Withdrawals
Following the completion of the above checks, we reserve the right to cancel a withdrawal and return the funds to the account in the following cases:
The customer has not yet provided the requested documents;
The customer’s identification documents have expired;
There are issues related to fraud, cheating, collusion, or money laundering (the account will be frozen and funds blocked);
The customer acknowledges that all deposited amounts must be wagered before a successful withdrawal can be generated;
The customer attempts to withdraw following a player-to-player transfer;
The withdrawal method requested is not the same as the deposit method used.
Additional Withdrawal Information
In cases where account verification is required to complete a withdrawal request, the verification process must be completed within 7 days, otherwise the withdrawal will be reversed and the funds returned to the user account.
You must notify us immediately if your credit/debit card(s) are lost, stolen, canceled, or if the status of your e-wallet changes, so that we may investigate accordingly.
The type of authentication required depends on the total amount withdrawn by the customer within a one (1) month period.
We reserve the right to delay and/or suspend the processing of withdrawal requests until final approval of any pending deposit transactions has been received.
BONUS CONDITIONS
The following general conditions (“Rules”) apply to all offers, prize promotions, and competitions (collectively, “Promotions”) advertised on our website (“Site”) or accessed through the Client as an external source.

Eligibility
To participate in any Promotion, you must be 18 years of age or older, or have reached the legal age of majority applicable in your jurisdiction of residence (whichever is higher).
You may be required at any time to provide proof of age and/or identity to us or to a designated third party. You must be able to present, upon request, a valid passport or other government-issued photo identification to verify your age and/or identity to the reasonable satisfaction of our security team. Failure to do so will result in automatic exclusion from the Promotion and may result in the forfeiture of any privileges, prizes, or funds awarded, without compensation.
Each Promotion participant must be the same individual whose name appears on the registered bwise365.com player account. By participating, you confirm that the name, address, and personal details registered on your account are accurate and up to date. Failure to provide valid proof of your personal details may result in exclusion or disqualification.
Employees and their relatives of bwise365.com or any affiliated or related entity are not eligible to participate in Promotions. For the purposes of this document, “relative” includes, but is not limited to, spouses, partners, parents, cousins, children, or siblings, and “affiliate” includes, but is not limited to, roommates of such employees.
Where participation in a Promotion is prohibited in certain jurisdictions, or restricted to specific jurisdictions, this will be stated in the applicable terms.
Participant Conduct
You may only hold one bwise365.com account and must use that account to participate in Promotions. You must not allow any other person to participate using your account. Only one device per account is permitted. If we discover that an account is linked to another account via a unique device ID or IP address, we reserve the absolute right to disqualify or invalidate participation.
We may, at our sole discretion, deny, withhold, revoke, or withdraw any bonus or promotion, suspend or terminate a user’s access to the service, or block an account, temporarily or permanently.
Any fraud, deception, misconduct, dishonesty, or similar behavior will result in automatic disqualification. If such conduct is discovered after a prize has been awarded, the prize must be returned immediately upon notification.
Free Spins, Prizes, Gifts and Bonuses
The duration and closing date for each Promotion or free spins offer will be specified on the Site. Prizes, Gifts, and Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, exchanged, or transferred.
We reserve the right to offer a cash alternative at our discretion. Winners are not entitled to demand a cash alternative unless agreed otherwise.
Winners will be notified within 30 days. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification or they will be forfeited. Delivery of prizes or bonuses will occur within 60–90 days, depending on the Promotion.
All free spins, prizes, gifts, and bonuses are subject to availability. Alternative rewards of equal value may be substituted.
Bonus Withdrawal Restrictions
Cash bonuses obtained from free spins, redeemable codes, or registration bonuses cannot be withdrawn for a full month from the date the bonus is received or activated.
bwise365.com reserves the right to reject any withdrawal request if the funds originated from promotions, bonus codes, rollover bonuses, or cashback.
Players with no deposits who win free money from free spins or other rewards cannot use those funds to play casino games. Any casino winnings generated will be removed.
Use of Personal Information
By winning a Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data (such as name, username, and country) to identify you as a winner in accordance with Curaçao law. Any marketing or promotional use of your image, name, or voice will require your prior written consent.
General Rules
These Rules constitute the entire agreement between you and bwise365.com regarding Promotions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at our sole discretion. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
